Here’s exactly what happens when you book:
1. Before we meet, I’ll send you a short pre-session questionnaire so I can get up to speed with your business ahead of time and make sure every minute of our session is spent on the things that matter most to you.
2. From there, we’ll have a relaxed but focused one-to-one conversation where we go through your current business management, admin systems and workflows together. I’m not looking for perfection, I’m looking for the real picture, because that’s where the most useful insights come from.
3. After our session, you’ll receive a bespoke written audit report tailored specifically to your business, covering what’s working well, where the gaps are, and clear, practical recommendations for what to address first. No generic advice, no overwhelming to-do list; just a focused, honest breakdown of the strategic next steps that make sense for you.
Your report will be with you within five working days of our session.

I’m Hannah, and I’ve spent years working across both sides of the entertainment industry, as a performer and as the person quietly making sure the business side actually runs. I launched HVA because I understood firsthand how much creative work gets lost or slowed down because the backend isn’t set up to support it. Every Sneak Peek session I run is rooted in that understanding, which means I’m not just looking at your systems in the abstract; I’m thinking about how they work for a creative business specifically, in this industry, at this stage of growth.
